Starting is easy! Simply browse our courses and select the courses you like from our course list here. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create your personal student account. If you already have an account, just log in and choose the courses from the list.

You can start your course immediately after you’ve made the successful payment. You will have lifetime access to your course. That means you can also start the course at a later time, take as many breaks as you like, and even retake the entire course in the future.

Our courses are designed for both students and non-students. Therefore, you need neither previous knowledge of management concepts nor any proof of academic record. All you need is a web browser and some motivation!

We packed all the essentials into powerful, short courses. Each course takes between 1.5 and 3 hours to complete. All of our courses are 100% online, self-paced, and text-based (including lots of pictures, graphs, and diagrams). You can find the duration per course on the course list here. You will have lifetime access to your course. That means you can also start the course at a later time, take as many breaks as you like, and even retake the entire course in the future.

With our current discounts, our online courses cost between US$10 and US$15 These costs include the course content as well as your personal certificate. There are no additional costs.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), major debit cards, and PayPal for your payment, and easypaisa, jazz cash as well. Unfortunately, we do not accept manual bank transfers. If you use the credit card of a third party (e.g. family member or close friend), please make sure that this person approves your payment.

All of our courses have to be paid upfront. You can start studying immediately after the successful payment.

There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Here are some error sources and solutions:

  • Check your entered credit card details for mistakes
  • Make sure there is enough money on your account
  • Use JazzCash and EasyPay also
  • Use PayPal as alternative payment
  • Use another credit card

To gain your personal course certificate, you have to complete an online course and a quiz. All of our course quizzes are multiple-choice. Don’t worry – you can retake the quiz several times free of charge. Also, there is no time limit for completing the course or the quiz.

(QHSE) holds its distance learning programs to the same high standards that are applied by traditional educational institutions. Our certificates are therefore acknowledged and accepted by employers around the world. Please note that we do not award academic titles or degrees. However, most organizations recognize QHSE certificates as valid professional certificates. You can find more information about adding your QHSE certificates to your LinkedIn profile here.

To find and download all of your certificates: log-in, select “My Account” and click on “My Certificates“.

If you complete courses in a specific field (e.g. Mini-MBA, Project Management, etc), you will receive a program certificate without any additional fees.

Please use a credit card or PayPal for your payment. There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Here are some error sources and solutions:

Please do the following:

  • Log in here and check if the course appears in the “My Courses” section. If it does not appear there, please check if you have used a different email address during the checkout process.
  • If your order was successful and you can’t get course access, please send an email to contact@qhseacademy.ca  with your name and the order ID.

If you accidentally bought a course twice or if you purchased the wrong course, please send an email to contact@qhseacademy.ca and describe your problem. We are happy to help!
